I teach you what these colors are and how each one affects
you. I also teach a breathing technique that allows you
to recreate the energy balance.

To complicate matters, for a year, I have been dealing with
3 injured discs in my lower back (2 epidurals, medication,
acupuncture, massage, and relaxation techniques) for a year
resulting from a fall. It has healed to some degree, but
I am still plagued with some back pain, and pain in my ankles
from residual nerve compression, which often stops me dead
in my tracks. The bed rest needed to heal from surgery has
aggravated my back and ankle pain, as activity and exercise
give greater relief for those problems. I have been miserable.
After the guided meditation, even with the difficulty immersing
myself in visualizing the colors, I got out of bed and discovered
I was completely pain-free. The entire day was pain-free,
until late in the evening, when fatigue brought on mild
pain and restriction of function from the back injury. The

the exquisite tenderness on the skin surface from incision
